New Year, New Habits, New You!!!

Welcome to 2019 everyone! Time to start a new year! I know most start the new year by creating resolutions. I do also! Most have the normal ones- I’m going to exercise more, I’m going to eat better, I’m going to lose weight… Those are all fantastic! But, the problem is most don’t continue the follow through on them. I like to start the new year off by starting fresh. I start by getting a new toothbrush- out with the old, in with the new! This way, I know when its March 1, its time for another new brush, easy to remember this way! I also always look at how long I brush- wanting to make sure I am going the entire time my Sonicare recommends. Another part is flossing- what better way to start the new year than to resolve to floss daily! This will help keep you overall healthy as well.

These small changes will help you to keep working on your bigger resolutions. Once we start to see success in small changes, it encourages us to continue to make the bigger changes- the weight loss, the exercise, etc. So, start the New Year off with small changes that will help you stay healthy and encourage you to stay after those larger resolutions!
